A native of North Carolina, Ben earned his B.S. from Clemson University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. After graduation, Ben brought his educational background to DC in 2006 where, until 2009 he performed tax and accounting services for countless real estate professionals in DC, MD, and VA. While he embodied a love for accounting, Ben longed to be on the other side of the desk. He desired to be a part of the positive real estate experiences his clients told him about during their appointments.
In 2009, Ben left the accounting world and became a licensed real estate agent and joined the Atlantic Coast Connection. Working with buyers and sellers, Ben has flourished and brought a unique brand and vision to the team.
At present, Ben lives in NW DC, but there isn't a corner of the city he can't tell you almost everything about. Be it Capital Hill, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, The Palisades, Georgetown, Hillcrest Heights, U Street, Adams Morgan, and all places in between, Ben has made it his mission to know everything there is to know about living in DC and he will successfully guide any client to the right home in the right neighborhood.

Mike is originally from Massillon, Ohio, where he finished his Bachelor of Arts
in Justice Studies at Kent State University. After a very exciting introduction to Washington D.C. as a former intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike fell in love with the DC Metropolitan area and has not looked back since. When he concluded his time on Capitol Hill, he began a career within the Department of Homeland Security and was able to learn the many interesting aspects of the DC community through six years of Government service. Some of his best memories include looking out at Pennsylvania Avenue from the North portico of the White House! During his tenure with DHS Mike was also able to attain a Master's degree of Science in Management from the University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, MD, where he was able to strengthen his strategic edge in the Metro area Market.
Mike's interest in residential properties was sparked when he met Rachel Valentino, the Managing Partner of Valentino and Associates, in 2006. Mike and Rachel were married in July 2009, and he joined the team in 2010 as an agent & in-house renovation consultant.
Above all Mike's foundation with Valentino and Associates is based on Integrity and his desire to help others. His compassionate personality coupled with his professionalism and knowledge of the area is the recipe for an excellent and unforgettable experience.

After graduating from Kent State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Maria relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2004 and has fallen in love with life in the District. She has lived both in Tenleytown (DC) and Bethesda, MD, which has provided her with the opportunity to experience various neighborhoods and their unique charms. Officially joining The Atlantic Coast Connection in 2009, Maria is no stranger to the real estate world-- she has known Rachel since 1992 and been an active side-kick during the company's growth.
Want to know anything DC? Just ask Maria! Keeping true to her Midwest roots, she enjoys finding deals at Eastern Market and biking on the George Washington Memorial Parkway trail as some of her hobbies. Maria is also a graduate student at Johns Hopkins.

Deb graduated from Elizabethtown College and resides in Reading, PA. She has 3 girls and loves spending time with them. She became a Virtual Real Estate Assistant in 2006, when her husband was preparing to deploy. She was paired with Rachel in 2008 and it’s been a great partnership. Deb helps Rachel with her listings by posting them on the internet. Among other things, she also maintains her database. Deb loves the flexibility of working from home and being there when her girls need her but also being there when her clients need her.
