After graduating from Kent State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Maria relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2004
and has fallen in love with life in the District. She has lived both in Tenleytown (DC) and Bethesda, MD, which has provided her with the opportunity to experience various neighborhoods and their unique charms. Officially joining The Atlantic Coast Connection in 2009, Maria
is no stranger to the real estate world-- she has known Rachel since 1992 and been an active side-kick during the company's growth.

Deb graduated from Elizabethtown College and resides in Reading, PA. She has 3 girls and loves spending time with them. She became a Virtual Real Estate Assistant in 2006, when her husband was preparing to deploy. She was paired with Rachel in 2008 and it’s been a great partnership. Deb helps Rachel with her listings by posting them on the internet. Among other things, she also maintains her database.
